What happens if I have an accident where both parties at equally at fault and both are insured in NB?

DCPD pays you for your damages based on your percentage of fault.  In other words, you would, get 50% of your damages paid in this instance.  You would have to pay the other 50% out of your own pocket or make a collision claim if you have the section C coverage.
