I am paying my insurance on monthly payments and I had no money in my account at time of withdrawal. Can my insurance company cancel my policy?

An insurer cannot cancel your policy if you failed to make one payment, other than the first payment, if the missed payment was made within 30 days of the date on which it was originally due. Therefore, you are allowed to miss one payment only, except for the first one, but have to pay it within 30 days or they will cancel your policy. If you missed the first payment, they will cancel your policy.
